The performances are not improving. Even under Wenger I have never seen us carved open like that by a midtable team like Watford
Our full backs got zero protection today from the likes of Pepe
This man will never take this team forward period!, why on earth bring on a player to just collapse on the ground all the time. Its sad indeed.

If results and performances continue in this fashion, he'll need to go by Christmas.
If rumours are true that the players are confused by what he's trying to do, it doesn't bode well for him.
I sincerely hope he can turn things around, but my gut feeling is the writing is on the wall for him...
No more excuses for Emery. He's had over a full year/season to transform us into a decent side and has failed to do so.
We are an awful side, we create very few chances and only score the goals we do because of the potency of Aubameyang & Lacazette. You'd think a team that struggles to create much would be solid at the back but no, we're diabolical at the back, we're leading the goals given away by errors table already this season, both goals today from errors. David Luiz - crap signing too, we all knew it. If you're going to replace a liability in mustafi then don't replace him with another liability.
To be honest, when the decision making from the manager is terrible how can we expect the player's decision making to be any better? Continuing to play out from the back that has never worked for us because we don't have the quality of players in defence/midfield to do so - we've not gotten any better at it in over a year of trying - bad decision. Making Xhaka captain? Are you fookin kidding me - horrendously bad decision. Yes let's make a player who we need to get rid of captain great idea!
I am of the opinion that the manager should be given the two seasons to implement his ideas but he is making it very hard to understand what he is trying to achieve. This playing out from the back is becoming nonsense,even before the calamity goal there was an occasion where Leno passed it about 2 yards to Luiz and he wacked it up the field, why the hell cant the goalkeeper do that it's ridiculous. Top 4 must be achieved this season anything else is unacceptable.
Just for the record I don’t see him turning things around and would be searching for a better alternative right now but the club will wait until CL is unattainable before sacking him, if as expected we don’t qualify.
