Any CB who has been playing consistently at PL level for more than 6 games. Mings has had a good six months out of his entire career. Isn't that young, and Villa haven't even started well.
Think I'd have Tarkowski in over him at the moment. Probably more but can't think of them off the top of my head..
Southgate is never gonna pick any of these mid table CBs who are limited on the ball though. Mings atleast fits what he's trying to do and is a different option as a left footer
Actually quite a decent squad for once. Would have dropped Rashford aswell to be honest although he normally plays decent for England.
Maddison should be one of the first names on the teamsheet miles ahead of barkley and mount. Criminal they both played ahead of him last game
Even if you discount CBs who have earned a callup, does Mings need to be there? He has Maguire, Keane and Tomori ahead of him atm, and I'd probably prefer Rice to slot in there ahead of him.

Not interested. The second I saw that Southgate had left Daniel James out of the squad I realised he knows nothing about football. The form he has been in of late has been incredible. Ridiculous decision.
