Clevs, you know me mate, I am more than happy to give a manager a chance. I was behind LVG to the end. Let's be honest here, Ole is out of his depth. This feeling here right now the last time i had it was Moyes. LVG and Mourinho were rightly sacked, I never felt they were out of their depth though.
We are in the money game now like it or hate it, someone is losing their job if Manchester United continue in this form we are currently in. This is relegation form for christ sake
I don't think even Guardiola could have got us to win an away match in the current bad run as we have near title winning stats away from home in our bad run. Yes today was bad but even then we still had the best chances to win. Even when we played garbage to see a game out we had to have the big moments to score.
We have not been great but we have better potential than united. We have some very good young players coming through
I reckon if we check our away stats when we were winning and then when not winning I would say we are creating similar amount of chances and conceding a lot fewer chances but not winning. It defies belief really.
Castor Troy if we conceded as much chances as Arsenal we would be in a relegation battle.

Yeah expected points is 14.40 for Man Utd and 13.72 for Liverpool but actual points is 9 points for Man Utd and 21 for Liverpool. 12 points behind a side we are higher on expected points lol.
Luck has nothing to do with this, we are crap. End of.

Ill be perfectly honest. Ive said it for ages knowing full well we are entering a chitstorm of a season. Ole is 100% not the right man longterm, but the work he will / is doing at the club is something that is needed. We knew this season would be up and down. What i did expect and is happening is Ole cleaning the club. Getting rid of rot that the last three managers bought in. Hes gone deep and we can see that from the lack of squad depth, but I liken it to Klopp at pool. Small squad, players to play, that want to play for us, young nucleus.
Tactically hes not all there, but in all of our games we are creating chances, but no one can finish. He needs another two windows for me.
The DOF we need is currently our manager, but make no mistake, whilst sometimes our games are beyond frustrating, Im actually enjoying watching us again.
My two pence. And for what its worth, Arsenal look crep, we saw that on Monday, Spurs look even worse.
Whilst im not happy, ill happily give the lad a chance.

It’s not really anything like Klopp at Liverpool.

Fair points. The manager in my opinion has taken it a step too far albeit. I am no fan of Lukaku but it is criminal to get rid of a player like that with no replacement.
Unlike yourself, I think our football is as bad as it gets. We are not playing entertaining football. I don't know what the manager's philosophy is. To not finish top 6, with no direction in our play is nothing similar to Klopperty.

Klopp had his players playing much better than we are and actually made the CL in his first full season
In that time they were going to the big sides and outplaying them (4-1 at City) and making two cup finals
There were hints something special was happening. Whereas now it’s a blank page of nothing happening for us. Plus most importantly Klopp was a proven commodity who earnt the trust from the fans. Ole is a managerial nobody
The circumstances were completely different and Liverpool were playing much better football than we are.
