I thought mason mount was in there?
De Ligt (Ajax period) or Havertz for me
De Ligt for me, he took his team to a CL semi which deserves praise for a kid his age. Sancho and Havertz look destined to be stars though. I'd love it if we signed either of them for us.

He did have 10 other players playing out of there skin too. Plus he was poor in semis and is starting to look like the Dutch Phil Jones.
From that list Havertz but still wanna know why Trent didn't make the list?

nice one, which leads me on...how is mount in there and abraham not. Both have been great for a year or so, but abraham had a more succesful season last year imo.

Looks like the age limit is 20
I'd say considering the league he did it in its probably sancho
Felix is a special talent though
I’m surprised there’s no Real Madrid youth player that has played about 180 minutes in there.
If we look at individual achievements: Sancho
Disappointed that Lingard hasn't made the list - I feel he could be a special talent as he gets older.
Gotta be Felix or Sancho
De Ligt has had a very poor start to life at Juve

True but the question was who are you picking. There weren't any options for his team mates. Plus he was the captain so you can apply what I am saying for that whole season, since they won their domestic league as well.
If you look at results and stats then De Ligt surely wins, by far the best defender of his generation. But if you look at the past Golden Boy award winners like vd Vaart, Rooney, Messi and Mbappe, then it's more about finding the next big star attracting more fans and viewers to the game.
For me that player would be Felix, a very exciting player to watch. The way he plays feels alot like Aguero in his earlier years, also being a one man army for Atletico upfront.
I also have great expectations for Zaniolo, such good skills for a guy with his frame. Will be a beast like Zlatan but coming from midfield :D
Trent is born 1998 so too old and if he were included he would lose because then Mbappe would also be eligible
