It's a massive shame England won't be able to play in the Euros if it all goes through.

I'd assume more paper work when signing players from EU countries, work permits etc.

Which will make the UK a less attractive place to work.
Not so much for the players (as per the salaries will remain a massive incentive) but getting in backroom staff etc.

I suspect salaries will take a hit. Tv deals, attendance and the strength of the pound could really have a massive impact on the salaries clubs offer in the long term.

mane will go to madrid
dont worry lads we'll look after him
Brexit is just one long attempt to help the football darlings Liverpool get back into top
Does brexit affect football in this country ?
=======================
Yes.
It makes it more hilarious when teams like Burnley and Sunderland get beat.😀
I do like the term "Brexit Midfield"
Can't see how the UK reminding the world how racist it is won't have an impact the PL and championship myself. Visas etc are the least of the worries. To ask a brilliant foreigner, European especially, to sign for an English club is pretty much like asking Raheem Sterling to sign for a Bulgarian one.
I suspect it'll be far harder to get talent here and some already here, won't be renewing contracts. English fans need to understand it's enough to put up with UK fan pundits and the weather. The country telling you it hates you too, will be too much for some to swallow. Not like they can't get that fat cheque sunning their ass in Europe.
On a plus note, more young English players will get a go
many anglo brits seem to have this notion that anywhere south of france and east of germany is the 3rd world

If the money is better than most leagues it won’t matter.
Italy, Spain, Russia and France have all attracted players due to the money and prestige of their clubs. Brexit won’t stop that, the issue will be how Brexit impacts the clubs’ ability to compete financially with other European clubs.

Not all players will be happy to sell out. The hatred pouring out of England at the moment can only be detrimental to attracting any foreign talent (not just footballers). When you consider how many top footballers are European, you're deluded if you think Brexit and English attitudes toward them won't matter to them when deciding whether to come and live here.
Football will be just another place this country's people learn the empire is dead and we can't/don't dictate to the world the way we used to. Especially not France Germany and Spain who are on the same side vs now.
It won’t matter. Lukaku went to play for a club where his own fans defended the opposition for racially abusing him.

That was a few football fans, not the whole country
But it represents a far wider issue in Italian football and culture. And it doesn’t stop footballers making career decisions.
Brexit does not represent the views of the whole country. Especially in regard to foreigners.
If you think that footballers are going to turn down millions of quid because Brexit voters didn’t want poor foreigners coming into the country then it’s you that is deluded.

There's some truth in this. Even most of the third world isn't anywhere near as bad as made out.
