Still equates to double per year over 5.

Chelsea - 15 years @ £60m per year £900m
Liverpool - 5 years @ £30m per year £150m

But in 5 years Liverpool can negotiate far bigger deals. Chelsea are stuck in a deal which will be dwarfed in 5 years.

Because Liverpool are getting 20% of sales on top where Chelsea are probably getting just the fee.

Apparently we are getting 20% on shirts also. 15% on shorts and 10% on socks.

I'm amazed that Chelsea signed a 15 year deal. That is extremely naive in business terms.I can only see the amount of money in football going up and up in the next few years. Foolish to get locked into such a long contract.

It’s not really unknown as they have the data for what the currently sell and then have data for what clubs of Liverpool’s sell with them currently.
