Yeah, you just knew that penalty was happening the second they both went into the area together.

He’d done ok to get back and Mane was going nowhere

The depressing thing is you know it’s about to happen before it does

Ndombele should of been on earlier was splitting the pool defence with those passes. Shame son had an off day and missed the big chance of the game.

First 15 mins and last 10 were awful and similar to most of the season but for the hour or so in between we were superb

Lovren was dreadful all game

Arnold was either abominable or brilliant

Gomez showed everyone why he hasn’t been getting picked

Fabinho for me was sensational

Mo Salah - take a bow son and don’t listen to people saying your off the pace

Both will get a well earned rest midweek. 11 changes I'd expect for that one.

Term, I’d your watching the box you’ll see that the pundits have just said about us first 15 and last 10 mins being poor but superb in between

For the record it’s easy to moan when you get beat but I have said all season that we don’t look right

Yes for an hour today we were superb but we need to play for 90 mins

We had flashes against Genk towards the end of the game were we looked great

So you expect a flawless performance for 90 mins? So playing boss for 60 mins whilst completely dominating a team to be considered a very good team and you're not happy with that? We played like this last year, slow build up, before after Xmas, excluding the loses, we went full metal jacket to end up winning the European cup. Not sure why you've got complaints. Yes the goal was unfortunate but it was a freak goal that could have been avoided. Sheet happens. Some sketchy moments but on the whole job done with another 3 points. The performances will come later, it's all about the points for now and see where you are after Xmas and how the squad is shaping up. But no need for whinging, we're feckin ace.
