If he’s that good, why is he still at Rangers?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The sort of simplistic argument we expect from you.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I don't know why any Rangers fan would become involved in debating Bubble, he's a fookin bigot and only sees things one way.
Mags at least is fookin funny
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Hawd oan a minute.
Is that funny ha-ha or funny peculiar?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I assumed it was a typo and a missing indefinite article.

Its also terrible business if you have an asset of that worth and continue to run at a huge loss.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That the directors are in control of. Would they really have spent the money they did in the summer without a plan? Business people that have made fortunes themselves are going to run a club they painstakingly wrestled back control over and have ploughed money into year after year to get it back where they want it.
No matter how much you wish it we won't be selling Morelos at "anything north of 10m"

A big factor would be the five red cards he got last season. He lost his place in our team and his place in the Colombian squad because of it.
I for one was happy to get rid after last season because he had become such a distraction. But he has turned the corner big time and he looks in control now.
Another reason would be he is still young and a bit raw - but has improved at a terrific rate to get him to be the player he is right now.
If he continues to improve then the sky is the limit for him. But I think he needs to move to get his game to the next level.
I think he would be a star in la liga 👍

The level of investment over the last couple of seasons was required to bring the squad up to a decent standard.
Going forward we will not need to replace so many at one time and we now have some saleable assets.
I'll keep a weather eye out but i'll be surprised if we accepted anything below 18/20 million
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Agreed, i would expect 20m min though.
The fees in the PL now are mental and with just 2/3 big sales over a few years you could have the club back in the black, that's why i'm not concerned and the people in charge have the best interests of the club at heart.
The doom mongers have been wrong plenty of times over the last few years...
I think he will end up at Crystal Palace for around £18 million with Zaha getting his move to Arsenal, probally for £40 odd million
I think Morelos is worth nearer the £20m mark now. And I don’t think the club would readily accept less tbh.
He is 23, he is scoring regularly domestically and in Europe and he has already become a full Colombian international despite playing in a very poorly ranked domestic league.
He has also shown the ability to develop his game and improve quite significantly.
£20m would get you someone who would score you double figures in a far better league - but he would also have the potential to do a hell of a lot more.
In this day and age £20m would be a good deal for both parties👍
he is going nowhere in jan
this board have shown that sensibly managing the finances is less important than stopping 9
he'll stay

Supposedly the deal is done with Chelsea already for Zaha and i's imagine closer to 60m.
Morelos is miles ahead of Benteke so he would improve them if he was replacing him but lose Zaha at the same time and he would have a hell of a job.
Chelsea still on a singing ban next year..naw?
If a premiership club make a bid in January it will be hard to hold onto him. He has made it clear his future is away from rangers at some point.

Wee Billy must be close to the 1st team noo then
Players hold the power now. If he wants to go there is nothing a club can do these days. We had the same with Dembele and Tierney. Even Rodgers forced his way out. Its the way it is now.

Rangers hold his contract, rekon he`s been told, keep doing what your doing for Rangers this season and improve and you`ll get your move to the Epl next year with the clubs and fans best wishes,it`s how the fee is spent thats a concern, the weeman only cost us £1 million, lets see what the future brings but yes I don`t think he`ll go in January.

They're appealing the ban so outside chance they can sign in January.
Otherwise it'll be the summer as it was originally for 2 windows.
