Best attacking line up and bar a couple of moments there was still no fluidity. Emery has no idea. He’s got to go ASAP. We are headed for 7/8th max
Was emery worth sacking wenger for?
Yep he has to go now.
He did quite well setting us up, we frustrated Leicester, and looked more organised than usual in the first half. But the problem with emery is he has no idea what to do from there. I said at half time, what we were doing was not sustainable. Fine as a starting point to build from, but not as a 90min plan. A better manager would have us doing something different in second half, playing more of our own football and not letting ourselves get put under more pressure
Emery can only ever do half his job quite well. He’ll at times stop the opposition for 60 mins or so but seemingly has no idea how we go on to win.
He’s a mid table manager. We got it wrong, which is fine as it unlikely to be easy moving on with new manager, but the club have to recognise that mistake now and get rid of him, he’s had more than enough time
Next 3 league games are Southampton home, Norwich away and Brighton home. Need 9 points from these games no excuses!
