Here's a genuine question.

Is putting up a thread that 'targets a particular poster for abuse' actually any worse than just regularly posting abusive comments about another poster?

Probably. One is highlighting and pretty much inviting comment, whereas the other can be lost amongst other comments.

Neither is very becoming, and I say that as someone who has more than likely aimed abuse at a few posters on here.

Think the points been made though, and can be left at that.

Seems to me that the poster who complains most about 'personal abuse' probably dishes out more of it than anyone else.
