That's his method mate.

Season 1 - sign a 5 year deal, complain at what he inherited, demand money.

Season 2 - spend a facking fortune, win something with dour football.

Season 3 - start complaining again, sow discontent throughout the club, get himself sacked with a nice fat payout leaving club in disarray.

Season 4 - sit quiet long enough for people to forget how poisonous he is, slowly increase public exposure with punditry.

Season 5 - blag a new gig, start again at season 1.

Matic and Dier midfield two incoming

We will have gone from one of the most classy managers in the league to one of the least classy in football. We could expect blaming of refs, being dismissive in interviews, criticising other managers, a possible eye gouge or 2, and I still believe there will be no guarantee of trophies with him. He won those with teams that actually wanted to spend.

How shiiittt and what a bad mood were we all in before Pochettino. He has absolutely taken this club to new heights and brought the good feeling back. Levy does not share the same ambition as Pochettino to win sooner than later. Failure of a chairman.

That's how I felt about Wenger. Although it was just during his last season I felt his time was up. Most Arsenal fans were calling for his head 3-4 years earlier.
