'serial winner' of second rate trophies. A league cup and Europa league in the last 4 years.

If he achieves that with us in his 4 years (with no progression in the league/CL then he would have failed.

Not that he will ever last 4 years.

Sounds like Jose is really motivated, happy with the club & I imagine delighted to be in London. Add to that his backroom staff and it could be a recipe for success.

Obviously I'm hoping he can't play the football you guys want, you all get on his back and you both end up flopping, but it could go either way and you'd have to be pretty naive to write Jose off.
