Gillingham, he apparently was laughing and joking around on the bus after the stevenage debacle and knowing Megson as we do, this pi$$ed him off and he is now frozen out of the squad!!

Saw the same last year with Coke, who is now also out on loan. Megson seems a little harsh at times but its his team and he will not tolerate some things.

Having said that, now that we have McGoldrick on loan and COG and Lowe coming back from injury, I don't think Clinton would have even made the bench most weeks. So let MKD have him and he can play helicopters for them on a saturday afternoon instead of us!!

Agree with St Charles look at what we have in the squad. do we really need him anymore? If the worst comes to it the we can re call him anyway I should think.

And with JOC playing just behind the front 2 we are going to get 3 or more every game any how.

Look at today 3 shots on target and three goals not too shabby

Good points St Charles. TBF Clinton was brought in to bring a bit of experience and leadership to a very young and quiet squad. The squad is now more experienced and with the tempo Meggy likes to play Clint isn't really fit enough for the full 90 odd minutes. Meggy said the loan would only go through if MK were coughing up the bulk of Clint's wages, so we can assume that has freed up a big chunk for the wage bill. Looked at from that PoV it makes good sense.

Potentially, we have three of the best strikers in this league, plus a decent one on loan. If they all get fit and firing in time for the piggies, I will be really optimistic for a result at the lane.

He can stay at MK Dons as far as I'm concerned.

Well totally understand but just seems strange to be lending a player (well two) to potentialy one of our rivals.

Also any one know how Coke is getting on?
