We'll be 10th after all matches are played but it's looking better. Those late game capitulations are a joke though.

Great 70 mins Sandy. Really exciting stuff and if that’s what to come from a Jose team then even better, but this defence of ours is a comical mess. Thankfully Mourinho will recognise this and will sell them if he thinks they are not good enough.
Think we can win the league Sandy?
Last 20 mins was absolutely shocking and taken away some of the good feeling for me. Not only did we conceed twice, did we even put 5 passes together? Did we have a single shot? This team would have definitely drawn the game had Rice's goal been given. Sick of the capitulations

No reason we shouldn't win the treble
Thank God Antonio only played the 2nd half the way we stood off him was ridiculous.
I saw little difference from Poch`s team, but this time we were more clinical in front of goal. The level of effort was the same, the defending was still comical and we still took the foot off the gas when cruising. Some players had better games such as Dele, but some were still awful such as Dier.
Early days under Mourinho and it is results that matter.

We do well pressing and going forward. Its in our DNA. Defending will never be our strong point. Loved how we kept it in their half for the first half an hour. We looked good up front for a change. Son Moura Kane is lethal, reminds me of Ardiles infamous 5 Strikers up front. But yeah, that defense though.
Early days?

No way in a million years we’re we winning that today under Poch mate so yeh there was a difference. 1st 70 mins outstanding and best game Ali has had for a year. Last 20 mins poor and defending terrible, but Mourinho will sort that out.
I’m happy with three points but the team spirit seemed to go the moment Rose and Eriksen come in .
good start, I think you will only get better from here
Didn’t see the same as I’m away but looks like 3-2 flattered them
Brother text me to say Alli was playing weakly well too ?

Yes and no.
We were much the better team for two thirds of the game but it could easily of ended up 3-3 in the end.
As soon as Antonio scored at they upped their effort and we couldn't put two passes together.
Good game for Jose to assess what he's got as what do well and what we do badly was very much on show.
Why even bring Eriksen on, he`s made it clear he is off, unless of course he has not given Mourinho a straight answer, he should be giving Lo Celso minutes rather than a player looking to leave. Strange move by Mourinho.

Na, The Scammers were just so poor we could not fail to look `hungry`, the same levels of effort were seen against Sheffield United, but we had a tough away trip in Europe a couple of days before. The same old attitude problems were still there the last 25 minutes.

We wouldn't have lost every single away game under Poch, Don. Eventually we'd have won one and if anything Poch was unlucky we hadn't won an away game sooner. Unlucky at Leicester and at Everton.

They were not fantastic they were ok. We played a poor side, ok you still have to beat a poor side and we got that done and the 3 points and the away win were just what we needed but we were not fantastic.
I will say its probably the best game Aurier has ever played for us and it was good to see Dele back to something like he can be.
It was also interesting to see Davies did not get forwards, obviously Jose instructions but the best part for me is that we stopped messing about on the edge of our own penalty area when the likes of Davies and Sanchez just are not good enough to do that.
I dont know why he bought Eriksen on maybe he hopes to convince him to stay but I personally would have left Dele out there and would have swapped Moura for Lo Celso personally.
Still its stopped all this "Spurs have not won away for 75 years crap" and we cant expect miracles when a manager has been there 2 or 3 days but I thought we did look a lot better even if it was against a pretty poor outfit.
