Its a promising sign but I'm not going to get too excited until they actually have plans set in stone.

No, I just think the stick he gets well over the top when everything is considered.

Yes he could win (or partly win) if he actually acted on his supposed review of a Director of Football and brought one in. And also if he follows up his review of the ground and makes the changes that clearly need to be done.

Seeing as he's not actually done any of this he can't really be praised can he?
