Didn't have it in the first place.
Injuries happen. But not happy with the way he got injured. It was Lozano diving trying to win a free kick led to his injury. Fell to the ground when Lovren didn't even touch him but unfortunately fell on Fab first. Their players were diving all game. First game penalty came from Callejon dive.

You did with not having any injuries to any key players. City don't lose to you, Wolves or Norwich if they had a proper defence but injuries to key players is costing them. They've had no luck with injuries, KDB out for most of last season, Laporte out until Jan/Feb and now Aguero out too. If Liverpool lost VVD, Mane and say Robertson or TAA for large parts of the season then you'd also struggle. Keeping players fit is either fortunate or unfortunate if they get injured. Or in other words, lucky or unlucky.
Or signing players that have good injury records and proceeding to manage them well.

Even managing players well doesn't stop someone twisting their knee or suffering ankle ligament damage, soft tissue injuries like hammy's yeah but there are plenty of injuries that can occur at any point and there's nothing that can be done to safeguard against those type of injuries.

If Liverpool lost VVD for six months it would be interesting to see how good they are

I've been thinking about this for a while and I think the best way to eliminate luck from injuries is by enforcing a rule where, if a player is injured in one team, then a player of the same position in a rival team should not be allowed to play for the duration of that injury. This way, the title is decided fairly rather than by who has more luck with injuries.

tbf, they never look anywhere near as solid when Matip is missing.
Matip > VVD
All we have to do is slap henderson in the mug and tell him to man up and get into the no 6 slot and quit whining about it.
simples.
oh and look how lucky we are. all the tougher games are done

Fab out until new year

Then matip for a month so far.
That is four key players but yeah lucky with injuries

He will be a big miss. Don't really think Liverpool have a direct replacement who is capable of winning the ball back as well as Fabinho, but they should have enough to compete. Henderson, Milner, Wijanldum, Oxlade-Chamberlin should have enough with players like Lallana and Shaqiri as part of the squad.

City have far better players in the bench. As Jose said a while back, the two best teams in England are Man City and Man City B. Pep has outspent Klopp by hundreds of millions. Pep inherited a squad full of world class players and added hundreds of millions worth of players. Klopp inherited Joe Allen, among others and has spent far less money.
You can't just make a direct comparison like this, you are turning a blind eye to vital facts. We haven't been luckier than City in the injury department, we've just been managed expertly.
And Clyne has been out for ages...plus shaquiri has been out and lallana.
And Keita, Gomez too nearly all of last season etc.

No comment on injuries to Salah, Gomez, Ox, Alisson, Matip, Keita, Shaq? So, so lucky. Maybe we just get on with it, unlike like City fans despite their ridiculous squad depth.
Guess it doesn't suit your feeble argument attempt.
