No new manager is going to want to come in at this point with the fixtures Everton have got. I’d expect Silva to be given till after Christmas and possibly to the FA Cup game vs us, before a new permanent manager is brought in.
That or they sack him and install a caretaker till that game.

Leon Osman mentioned him this morning on talksport, they’re out the tiny minds.
If I were Everton, I'd go for any of the top managers available - including Simeone.
What's the worst that could happen? He says no - big deal.
The real issue for Everton is their problems with this new stadium.
Once they get that sorted, they can attract a better calibre of manager and a shiny new waterfront stadium.
