Might have to do with the fact 2/3 of FIFA’s claims were BS? Just a hunch mate, don’t think too hard on it.

Tbf the defense of "well Man City are worse" is hilarious.

Valid thing to point out given the difference in how the two clubs have been treated. If there’s no consistency then FIFA shouldn’t be in charge
Yes I know, it's a valid point. Still funny though.
FIFA's always been corrupt, this isn't a shock. The fact the ban's worked in our favor is the victory I take from it

Was a joke mate. I realize it's a very valid argument.

. OK mate.
It's easy to laugh at this (for me at least) cos the ban's worked in our favor. If it hadn't I'd be a bit more serious
Fifa stinks. Brave statement from the club, but they need be shown for what they are
I'd hoped it would be extended!

January window historically not that exciting. Nice to have the option though. Personally I would only look at a LB. I would not look at any other position till the summer

I said as much on another thread about the same subject Biggish. I doubt any top quality talent for that position will be available in January, so I'd rather we just saved the money until the summer and splash out on three top players to compliment the youth!
I'd only look to bring in an attacking midfielder/striker. Move on Giroud and Pedro.
Emerson is a good player and Azpi is a good back up option for the LB position.

Exactly this.
Replacing Giroud in January is a must.
1. Depth purposes, Tammy unavailable...we're probably screwed (Bats has a commendable attitude but doesn't cut it as a starter, super sub damn good one at that).
2. The implications of not replacing Giroud will be problematic, Tammy could subconsciously lower his standard and become complacent (over the course of the season) without any tangible challenge/competition for the spot.
