Is statistical fact that Utd get more pens than anyone else, and concedes less than any other PL club. Particularly at OT. I mean today City had at least one pen claim waved away, when the defender actually hit the ball out for a corner with his arm. There is defo bias and has been for years. Started with Fergie and just kept going.
