we've done well but over half the season to go yet, if it can happen to City it can happen to anyone simple as that.
I hope we maintain the 8 point lead on Leicester across December, no Europe for them will be huge in the second half of the season, Rodgers had us on what was 11 wins in 2014 in the run in?
Happy for City to beat Leicester for us
I can see Leicester losing to the lower teams in the league.

City are still the main threat for me. Would rather a draw or Leicester win. Leicester are more likely to drop points against bigger sides.
I think Leicester will lose to Villa.
We absolutely have it all to prove, I hope Klopp raises the intensity and makes sure no complacency sets in. We need to get that monkey off our back.
City can now get at best 98 points.
IMO they will not now get more than 90 points. they only need a few draws now and they are back into the level of "regular" top top sides.
Seriously lads, city just cannot expect to fight back form where they have got to now and the squad issues they have had with aguero and laporte. The lakc of kompany on top means they have just lost some confidence.
Today they didn't play til the second goal went in and instantly they started going. I think the heart has gone out of them and they will be focused elsewhere.
Leicester need to lose a few quick now and have them looking back playing for draws in top 4 games not looking up at us.
It took City to win their last 14 games on the bounce to win the league last season.
Don't see Leicester doing that somehow, but you never know.
Fancy Villa to turn them over tomorrow anyway.

What gives me more confidence is that our manager has experience in title races. He's done it before and know what it takes.
Come on Villa!
city have as many pl loses today as liverpool have in the last 20 months.
so far in December
alisson had a day off
taa had 40mins off plus another 60 odd 2 games ago
Robertson zero
vvd zero
gomez played 90 today
Henderson had a rest v Everton
windy had a rest today
ox had a rest v Everton
mane had a rest today
firmino has 60mins rest v Everton
salah put his feet up midweek.

if we can put a big show in v Salzburg and rotate again for Watford and win. job done imo.

VVD is one person who will not get a rest. With injuries even more unlikely now.
You are going to win the title, and deservedly so. I don't blame you for touching wood, but everyone else knows. You are a great team with a great manager. I'm not jealous oddly, I'm enjoying the ride with Ole, and no, that's not a joke.
City are gone now, they need to win every game for the rest of the season and then hope we also lose 5 of our next 23 when we’ve only lost something like 2 games in our last 56 prem games.
Not gonna happen. Can’t really see Leicester maintaining this pace either but who knows, they’ve done the unthinkable before.

probably not. The league cup midweek was his chance. TBH the watford game and the world club cup semi final should be possible but i agree on the injuries.
I think robertson will be rested v watford for milner.
on leicester:
a) I think they are better now than they were when they won it.
b) they won it with 82 points?
If they can better their best year they need to add 10 points on top.
11-2-2 record thus far. they can get 104 points still. I would say 86 points is where they will end up.
I think city will be on 88 points max
so 89 will win it and we have 46 already. 43 more points wins it. = 15 wins from 23 games.

If you want to be really pessimistic/pedantic, 18 wins and 4 draws will absolutely nail it
That's assuming Leicester win all their remaining games, apart from the one against us.
"City are gone now, they need to win every game for the rest of the season and then hope we also lose 5 of our next 23"

2 losses and 4 draws would also do it for City.
I think that Liverpool will lose even more than those 14 points over the rest of the season, but there is no chance that City win all their matches.
