Apart from LB, I don't personally believe we need to do anything more than get Rudiger back to full fitness as far as the defence is concerned!
Yes, OP. Up front more clinical and more experienced backup striker is missing. Maybe Dzeko?
Also, you need a commanding CB. Zouma doesn't striker fear into the attacking players.
Other than that, the side is fantastic and can take any side apart
Maybe Kepa lacks a bit more experience but I am being too critical on him.

Brummie, do you think it's a concentration level thing with our CBs? Or do you think Tomori should be back in this side? Whilst Rudiger not an option i mean.

Yeah, I personally think so. Tomori for me is more the future than both Zouma or Christensen. I even think Guehi is a better bet in the long term - but in the short term we really need Rudi back!
I'd agree with this if the majority of our attacking players weren't so young & weren't showing so much promise.
Willian & Pedro will more than likely go in the summer so that's not an issue long term, we'll get another winger then (probably Sancho or Zaha) & that'll naturally take care of itself.
The need to sign a backup to Abraham is very ducile IMO. He's at a critical stage in his development where the wrong profile of player could upset the balance. It's similar to the problems Spurs have with signing a backup to Kane, anyone worth buying (particularly in January) could put too much pressure on him - it's a very difficult balance to find. I'd be all for replacing Bats personally, just cos I don't rate him, but Lampard's getting performances out of him as that classic super sub guy, and Giroud's fine as a 3rd choice - if he hadn't of played how he did in the Super Cup match I might've second guessed that cos he's not the style of player you'd expect to match the high octane football we're playing, but he played well enough in that match to warrant being 3rd choice (if he's happy with that of course).
Regarding the issues in defense, the football we're playing will demand a world class CB being bought at some stage, it's inevitable (just like Liverpool HAD to buy VVD, it was pivotal).
Koulibaly is the obvious CB to go for, but his age will demand we'd have to make the move in the summer to get any value for money out of the deal long term.
Well...you know who I think we should have bought...another brace this weekend
As long as the money isn't spent frivolously on middling to decent standard PL level players such as Zaha, Rice, Ake etc...
Avoid like the plague.
Koulibaly isn't worth the 120m outlay either.

who is though....
Maybe Mbappe would be worth whatever ludicrous sum he'd attract because he's so far ahead given his age...
Who knows what Messi would cost if he ever moved...even now
Remember when CR7 left Utd for £80 odd million....that was a sum then....it's just so not now
