I watched this on YouTube last night. Some good stuff in it.
Cheers, will have a watch later.
Really hope Ole works out, it’s good having the players seemingly so supportive him.
Thought it was just me as the only one who watched this on YT the other day.
It's a good insight interview.
Still waiting for Part 2 upload.
I’ll be honest I was one of Rashford’s biggest critics on here a couple of months back but delighted he has turned it around and is finally consistently looking a top player.
Hope it can continue.
That was great thanks. And Rashy has gone up in my opinion. What a nice, level headed young guy.
Gotta be honest... I was drawn in by the click bait thumbnail "ole understands players better than Jose"
He doesn't quite say that, its more about the lifestyle of a player

Me too, i love the guy and the players do seem behind him
There's one line in the interview where Rashy says that the players aren't doing everything properly on the pitch that Ole wants yet (or words to that effect)... And the comments about the plan etc are positive...
Sick of reading from some about how clueless he is etc
Always thought that regardless of who followed Jose that we might need to take a step back to move forward because of the state the squad was in
We needed to do more during the summer without a doubt... But at least it seems like we've a strategy... Assuming Ed and the Glazers can hold their nerve
He could well still fail... But imo he'll leave us a better foundation than we had
He aspires to be a no. 9, but is clearly better on the left. Interchanging forwards is the thing these days so shouldn't be much of an issue. He still needs to work on things when playing in the centre though.

OGS trying to teach Rashford of being a good striker even before he got the job lol.
You can see what Ole is trying to do with the team and you can see its a work in progress. Hopefully it all works out
