the ground looks like an impressive piece of kit TBF
As part of a £1bn development its hard to see how this won’t sail through
Considering the mayor is a feckin blue nose, I'd be surprised if it doesn't.
the john smiths BITTER stadium would be a great name TBF

Very impressive actually, if they build what's in that video it'll look great and good for the city.

Amazes me that the PL is only just beginning to catch up to the NFL in terms of the stadiums.
Think think stadium looks cracking from the video and can only be a good thong for the city as a whole.
Honest question though, is 52000 big enough? Just think pushing it to 60000 would make more sence and future proof it to an extent.

Can Everton fill 53k?

I don't think so , no way, 53 thousand Everton fans live in or around county road

I don't think they'd fill 60k consistently, I think the 52k mark is just about right for them. I mean, if they move into this they cannot be doing half price season tickets at Xmas anymore, otherwise they'll still be paying this off in 50 years time. 52k is right for them. 😉👍

Maybe at the moment and empty seats would definitely be an issue. But with population increases and the inevitable rise of football tourism i think 52000 is low.
Also let be honest the owners have cash and aren't afraid to spend it so hopefully a return to the competitive years

Everton need to win silverware before any ground increase, winning creates the glory hunter which will increase capacity.

I love traditional grounds amongst the streets. Shame that several clubs have left these behind now although I do understand the reasoning.

Can’t be running down the area round Goodison/get forced purchase orders to make way for the stadium.

Would think only spurs have built new and stayed almost same location.

Where would you say it is located Vauxhall of Bootle ?

Looks like Vauxhall to me. The Northern Line is going to be a nightmare when Everton are at home.
