not a shock really, waved goobye at the fans yesterday when subbed off
Not surprising is it.
Hardly featured and arsenal dont care about circumstance or what not, they will look at game time and see he isint getting enough and withdraw the loan.
Bring in a quality striker who pushes Bamford all the way to the end of the season and beyond now.
No messing around
Yep - can’t fault arsenal really... they are looking after their own

problem is who mate.
1) it will be a loan as we are skint
2) who will want to loan us someone to be sub to bamford
bit of a nightmare situation tbh.
so we now need a striker & a winger very soon
will score 10 goals from now till end of season for someone i presume
Said it for weeks. MB fooked this up with his stubborn approach to team selection and minutes for Eddie.
Eddie was wasted here. MB has one way to attack: Bamford. Trouble is, Bamford's toothless.
And the idea that the club will NOW go get a striker to push Bamford is laughable. We sold the better one in Kemar because we paid Bamford such high wages and wouldn't match. Then left Eddie on the bench because
our 'worldie' coach couldn't adjust his tactics to suit our other option.
Oh, and as Rich said, we're skint.
And add in the ridiculous need for our new players needing to be fit enough to do back-to-back Ironmans
in an afternoon before they can play. That rules out a starting player coming in and contributing before March.
I'd say the club and MB fooked this up royally.

think its slightly unfair saying that about bamford when were top of the league.
Nothing actually confirmed but if/when this happens then what an utter waste of time its been going to all that effort and cost to persuade Arsenal to let Eddie come here yet our coach says he can't get most out of him.
Now, let's hope that Bamford injury is just a dead leg and out for one match.
Bristol will be in for him quick as you like. They lost out to us which is a fooking joke now.
Well Bielsa’s “stubborn approach” has us top of the pile with a superior goal difference to every other club in the league.
I’ll take that.
Who knows how many points we would have gained or lost if he’d accommodated Eddie?
Point is Stoopo: Bamford's injured. Might be back for WBA (hope for our sake's he is). What if Bamford gets injured again? Or longer term? Who's MB going to turn to now? How is MB going to set the team up not having Bamford as his focal point? He has no plan B.
Hope Radz and co earn their wage in January and get this right.... if they don’t, it will be another nervy finish to the season..... Radz sarcastic comments on twitter yo genuine concerns from Leeds fans doesn’t give me much to look forward to in January

He will play one of Costa, Harrison or Roberts.
If Eddie goes back I expect we will enlist someone.
Hindsight n all that...but we should have kept Roofe and paid him more. Going to cost more to replace him at this rate.

Costa just started playing well in his position now, Harrison blows hot and cold, Roberts can’t stay fit for longer than 2 weeks.......
Costa, Harrison, Roberts are not #9s. Roberts
would be the closest option. But still MB would
have to adjust his formation. He doesn't like that.
On a separate note, I would've liked to have seen
Pablo, Tyler, and Eddie playing in a similar way
that Klopp uses Firminho, Salah, and Mane. If only
for one meaningless half of a game. That could've
been fun to watch. Injuries aside.

This.
Loved Roofe. Sad he left. But understood completely.
If the noises have any credibility then we will need another striker.
It's going to be at least 8 weeks to get them "Bielsa fit".
Can't see it happening unless the Maestro can convert Phillips again.
Phillips nah.
Stick Dallas upfront.
Might as well have played him in ever position going....

Batty/Ruphio: why are you still banging on about Roofe, ffs? He's gone - let him go...
Jonty: should Nketiah have been guaranteed minutes just because he's been talked up as a hot young prospect from a major PL club? Surely he has to earn his place in the team? Maybe he didn't show Bielsa enough in training or on the pitch? Maybe he's simply not mature enough or hungry enough? We certainly play better with Bamford as no 9, even if he's profligate with chances.
But at least Nketiah's recall puts the pressure on AR and VO now - they MUST sign a back-up striker this window, surely!
We may need a keeper too, if Casilla gets banned.
