Adebayor still wants to play for Arsenal. He clearly has regrets over leaving, and continued to wear Arsenal training shirts long after leaving.
Rumour has it that he still has Arsenal wallpaper, curtains and bed covers in his bedroom, and cuddles an Arsenal teddy when he goes to bed.

I was serious in saying Adebayor regrets having to leave Arsenal. I also think he was genuinely upset at a few of his former team-mates, especially Song.

However I think some bridges have been built, and he has grown up a fair amount (being in that coach probably put a little perspective into his thoughts).


But suggesting he had an Arsenal themed bedroom was just a joke, although he did wear an Arsenal training shirt during WC2010.

Adebayor will be wearing a Spurs shirt next weekend in the NLD so he is a Spurs man.

Anyway he has played for 2 other clubs before joining us. His Arsenal days were long gone.

I'd have him back in a second at Arsenal. As a fan, I never bear grudges as I'm only interested in my team's progress. I'd be happy if an in-form Nasri, Adebayor, Flamini, Cesc etc return to Arsenal.

I just don't take football as personally as some fans do.
