Ole really isn’t good at this football management malarkey, it’s been 13 months now. He hasn’t improved us anywhere and I’m seeing nothing to get optimistic about.

Give Ole the best squad in the country and if he has them 3rd/4th and winning fackall he needs sacked.
Given the squad might fall behind Wolves/Leics as well as the traditional top clubs in that ranking it is the directors who need sacked. They let this happen.
