Klopp and this squad are up there with the all time best, no doubts about it
At current points per game ratio.
If Liverpool stopped playing now and Man Utd carried on til the end of the season.
United would still finish 3 points behind them!
Fair play to you lot
I was worried about getting shafted today but I’m happy how we showed up
You’re top coz you’re the the best team simple as
All credit to Klopp. It’s taken us a while but what a job he’s doing. Incredible.
All our amazing teams we have had I think this is possibly the best at their in-game management. The games we just do enough isn’t luck, it’s getting the job done, minimising the risk of injury and fatigue and moving on to the next game

Hats off to Liverpool.
Miles ahead of the pack and as a Chelsea nutter, we have got our time, City theirs and Utd, so time for new champs in the league and well deserved.

Agreed.
Klopp is a top boy.
Managing with passion and wisdom.
A lot of those games were scrapped out too, that’s shows an unheard of indomitable spirit to win. Klopp can take all the plaudits for that.

EPL is in flux, but you still have to beat us.
Chelsea are rebuilding, but city are just not playing well, like spurs fans arsenal and Utd, so fair play to Liverpool for getting it together.

Why is it in flux?
Seemed pretty dominant in Europe last season.
All 4 finalists in both European competitions were English teams.
Never heard this kind of 5h1te when City and Chelsea were running away with league titles.
Not sure how they even come to the conclusion, the fact theres been a lot of promoted teams give us a good game almost taking points off us and them regularly taking points off the top 6 surely shows the league is strong?
Probably the strongest its ever been in terms of overall strength, makes City and Liverpools point returns over the past few seasons even more impressive.

Exactly.
And with the implementation of VAR, teams are being scrutinised like never before, making it to some extent even more of an achievement.
Let's be fair, there probably won't be a more legitimate champion of the English Premier league than this years winners.🙂

Rubbish
Twice as many points has the spods with a game In hand
Probably the weakest it’s been for 7-8 years.

bollox the fact lesta won it and spurs finished 3rd in a two horse race was only 4 years ago proves that.
It’s amazing to think that in the 15/16 season when Klopp came in we finished that season with 60 pts. We’ve got 61 after 21 games this season, he’s a genius!

So when city win it in 2017/18 by the record points hall was it really poor then as well? Because if you compare the points tally of the 2nd to 5th team after 21 games it is pretty much the same? So surely it was really sheet then as well?
