We should have come out of the game with a draw. We had the best chance of the whole match with GLC near the end. 9 times out of 10 that goes in for practically any footballer but that was the 1 time it didn't. Liverpool therefore continue to get the rub of the green.
Eh? Bar a few idiots like sandy and moronspurs everyone else was horrified how we played.

What about van dijk's header from a yard out?
I felt Liverpool were more threatening and at times bullied spurs, which is one thing you don't expect to happen to a Jose team.
I'm waiting for Jose to now sell anyone under 6ft and buy fellaini and matic. Horrific thing with Jose is spurs fans would be appalled but not surprised.

At that moment GLC had that chance it should have been 1-1. Not saying we deserved anything, only that we should have got something given that chance. The other moments Liverpool had before that are irrelevant...Liverpool came out of the game with a win anyway.

Van Dijks header would have been disallowed for offside so cant really count that as a chance tbf

Doubt it. The commentators would just say 'VAR check done' and we wouldn't see a replay from an angle to analyse.
Bobby said to Klopp after the game i know i should have scored more.
But like Carra said, you always felt Liverpool could go back up a few more gears if they needed to. They certainly took their foot off and were confident of seeing the 0-1 out. But like Klopp said until the 72nd minute Liverpool had 80 % possession, away from home vs some of the best counter attacking players in world football, took some balls to do that.
Liverpool are by far the best team in the league but they've ridden their luck to get 61 points out of 63. There should be at least a few more draws in there.
Also its funny how people claim Liverpool are lucky teams fail to punish them, ignoring the fact it works both ways and the only reason Liverpool arent out of sight in the game is for the exact same reason. Same goes for yesterday, Liverpool were lucky Son didnt score or GLC, Spurs were lucky we werent a few goals up before Firmino eventually scored too, works both ways.

Absolute nonsense. Firmino gad the best chance of the game because it ended up in the back of the net. And you can’t use a Spurs player’s ineptitude in front of goal to say Liverpool ‘continue to get the rub of the green’. It wasn’t bad luck he didn’t score, it was shiite play.

Like this, i disagree, struggle to remember a game where we didnt deserve to win. Sure theres been a lot of games where we've been wasteful which resulted in teams having chances to take points off us just like yesterday, but as i said only works if you ignore the luck on the otherside and only focus on Liverpools luck.

Yeah but then you keep getting away with it by winning the match anyway. How many times do we talk about opposition coming back to haunt a team for not taking their chances to finish a game off, and then the opposition do go and get an equaliser. That's not happening with you. You can be guilty of not finishing a game off and then the opposition let you off the hook anyway, like we did in the second half.

Thats true, all im saying though is the opposition are usually getting away with a lot more to begin with, before it gets to these moments.
We've scraped by a lot of results over the last few years even when playing poorly, thats one of the main reasons we've become so good, to put it all down to luck is silly and unfair, espeically over such a prolonged period.

Every single team has some kind of luck, you lot are just focusing on Liverpool because we’re good enough to capitalise on it. Spurs have benefitted more from VAR than Liverpool, but again you lot never mention this. And again, it’s not our good fortune that players aren’t good enough to score their chances. And to completely counter this, I guarantee that Liverpool miss more chances than other teams. Do you know why? It’s because we create more, we outplay the opposition, have more time on the ball and spend more time in the opposition area.
You lot need to understand how this game works rather than just coming out with lame excuses as to why you’re all so far behind us. It’s pathetic.
