True doesn't help that India always hammer us other than the one final.
It was a crime that Swamy didn't join JA606. He was legendary on bbc 606. Choosenguru was amusing last year though especially during the world cup.
340 is probably too much for the Aussies. No idea why Kholi dropped the number 4 last game. Normal service resumed this time.
I said this before, if there were a match thread for each match or at least each series, this board would be better.
At the moment, there are loads of random threads about this and that
There was a time when match threads were quite funny even when there were only 5 or 6 regular posters
Maybe with the introduction of these new events/ new leagues, hopefully it gains some posters for you guys.
My mates love cricket, but i don't, well, except for the Ashes.
but it's very casual on my part.
With television and streaming its easier to realise there's actually decent sports to watch and that cricket is just sunbathing with a bat...

Harmless enough!
SCA was brilliant! Never overstepped his mark, never rude. Just a professional wum who knew how to rile up the England fans.
There were loads of these types of characters back then, were obsessed with England and didn’t even talk about his own team. He was funny at times, but I wanted to know what he thought about India at times, especially after heavy losses.
If would be great if there was an archive of the old 606 posts.
Topdawg was another funny one. He was the reverse SCA where he was the England fan (soft spot for Pakistan) who loved to wind up the Indian fans. He has some classic posts.
