I think Thudd's sheer size may contribute to his niggling injuries of late. I also think the official website should keep us more informed about injuries rather than us having to rely on 'physio room' or 'rumour mongers'
The irony of all this talk of how poor our medical staff are, is that in the summer of 2010, Harry sacked one of the senior members because he wrongly diagnosed Woodgate's injury and how long he would be out for.
That guy now works for Liverpool. Maybe that's why Gerard has been out for so long
Its a good thing we have 300 midfielders.
Oh Spurcat, you can be cruel.
Would we have Woodgate back now if we had the chance ??

He's an inch shorter than Adebayor with a similar physique. Are you suggesting he's big-boned?
No, but if you keep posting smileys like that i may become big boned any second from now...
That's it - i'm going to do a sports science degree and get this mess sorted out. All I need is for everyone who reads this to send me £100 and in 4-5 years time we'll be sorted
Probably yes we would RDBD. But did you see him yesterday, he was bloody awful.
Let's be fair regarding woodgate, if he has any injuries from now until the end of season, question marks over his fitness will be raised. We need to move on now and think about the future, Phil Jones is going to be awesome for Man Utd, and we need to develop Caulker and pull out the stops to get Cahill in my opinion
Edin I'm only trying to help!
Spurcat :
Only saw the MOTD highlights (the bit I was awake for) . Yes, lucky to escape a penalty.
Guess one could say his match sights are not fully centred yet. But then that never seems to stop Ledley does it.
P.s. Im not suggesting we get Jones as he is beyond us at the moment, but we do need to unearth another King (without the injuries), Campbell (without the Judasness) etc
we need to develop Caulker
----------------------------------------------------------
Completey agree, but guess what ?? He's bloody injured as well Apparantly out for 2 months. Plus Khumalo isn't playing for Reading because he's injured. It defies belief really.
call me a cynic, but i reckon cahill is arsenal bound, and thats why he didn't play yesterday.......
but then again,i also thought that baseball clip was real.....
Sorry to be the optimist raining on the injury parade but on the bright side at least we have decent defenders out injured.. Arsenal are happy when Djourou & Koscielny are fit!
Spurcat - Yeah I read that aswell and apparently he has returned to the club to for treatment and cut his loan spell. That is a big shame, because after having a shocker in his debut for Swansea, he looked to be finding his feet. I think he will be loaned back out once he is recovered. Do u know what injury he may have sustained?

I THINK IT'S KNEE LIGAMANTS?!
Bumblebee - He did his cartilege at the Emirates when he collided with the goalpost attempting a clearance. I didn't realise a cartilege tok so long these days, but maybe there was other damage
Oh yeah i remember that, i didn't realise he did some lasting damage, oh dear. Looks like he hit the soft and danglies too judging by the footage...
