Why do we love overrating everything Levy does? This isn't exactly a transfer to be giving credit for is it

Hugo, I agree. I don’t get why Spurs celebrate selling players as in “levy’d”, f** Levy, I would rather win stuff and be ambitious then making profit all the time

Thudd is small time like Levy.

Needs to go to a game.

Levy'd

Inter being Levy'd. Spurs fans being Levy'd. Nobody is safe

If I'm being honest here, I think Spurs have been "Levy'd".

After all, if he'd sold Eriksen last year he'd have got far more for him, could have got a half decent replacement AND got rid of part of the toxic element out of the dressing room.

If Rose goes this window as well, Spurs may actually see a vast improvement on the pitch, although having Maureen as coach/manager, the improvement may not be as great as you could expect with a more progressive manager.

It's all nonsense anyway. Everyone's looking to take the other for a mug which they usually find when dealing with Ed Woodward so they think all English clubs will be the same.

He's a loss to your squad one of your best players. Maybe not on most recent form but at your best he was integral to it.

To say Levy should have sold for £70m or whatever would be unfair. At his peak, fans would have preferred keeping him because it would have cost us similar amounts to downgrade.

But we really should have sold last summer when he came out wanting a move. Who knows what we could have got then £30-40m?

Not easy if there isn't a buyer but you've got to keep your eye on the ball regarding player contracts. I remember there being an alternative where Eriksen would sign only if there was a release clause but Levy doesn't like them so wasn't an option.

Levy still gets praised even when he does a bad job

too bad he won't use it to buy any players

Also included in the deal: Tottenham will also take all the proceeds from any future friendly game with Inter
