BRENTFORD v FOREST - Match Thread

This game has something in common with Norwich away from two season's ago!

This game plus both West Brom' & Leeds have the potential to either make or break our season and the Manager's future.

I just hope the Board & Marinakis have learnt a few lessons after last year.

Thanks for posting. I don't think it is long ago since we won at Griffin Park.
I am always confident these especially away from home.

Does anyone know who makes the decision which games are on the iPlayer and what the criteria are?

I don’t think the manager’s job is anywhere near being caked into doubt

Before Christmas, losing to Huddersfield, Sheff Wed and really bad last minute draws against Millwall made his position a little more precarious

But after the results over Christmas, and the fact we’ve got ourselves back into contention, I think the manager will be totally supported, even if we were to get bartered tonight

We’re in the Playoffs, a couple of good wins off the Automatics

It would be absolutely ludicrous to bc question the manager at this point....

....but then again, this IS Forest

Didn’t Tyler Walker score there about 3 or 4 season ago, that got us a win there, I’d forgot that - but that is the only one I can ever remember

Should be a good game. Be fascinating to see what happens. Can see either team winning to be honest! It’s hard to win at home in this league!

Although we seem to always concede, we don’t concede many really. Last season we were guaranteed to concede at least two goals! We seem to score more away cause we can play on the break.

Would take a draw but I think anything can happen. We are only a few points off 10th so we are no where near secure in the play off places. I think we need to get some really good results to cement that at the moment.

I suspect that it will remain tight for the rest of the season really as no one is really pulling away. Teams having bursts of results then falling a way a little. There are still teams like Derby who you would expect to start picking up better results too and make a late run.

Gonna be exciting at least!

Evening each...

Looking forward to this game. It's always a good game against the Bees.

Off topic a bit, I watched the Man City / Fulham match on Sunday.

That bleddy idiot Danny Murphy said that "he really admires Fulham for the way they have reeled in WBA and Leeds".

No they haven't reeled in those two. Those two's wheels are falling off. Nothing to do with Fulham's form.

Blimey, 74% possession for the bee’s..

Still, we expected nothing less.
