Our results against the top 6 are actually pretty incredible. It's when we lose to Newcastle you gotta questionh im!

The other way of looking at it is, we're decent in the big games, and if we can figure out how to break down the smaller teams then we'll be up there.

Beating the smaller teams is a much easier thing to work on than being able to compete with the big boys.

Thought Matic was good, yea.. maybe niave for the 2nd yellow, but he was playing with both skill and passion tonight... When in his pomp, looks a nightmare to play against

Think Matic sees out the game 9/10 times tbh. How often to we see players make 4/5 fouls before a card

City don't play like against the teams we've struggled against. They play into our tactics. But at the same time we are suspect against attacking threats. But we did okay again against the threat.

This is my point - we struggle because we can't break teams down. We're pretty good at counter attacking v the big teams since they're obviously less likely the shut up shop.

Yeah I thought he was our best player, quite comfortably up until the second booking. He'll miss the game on Saturday now too, unfortunately

1st off we've lost a cup tie, which if u didnt know means we're out, yes we won the game but its about a meaningless derby victory u could get, it was their fans cheering at the end, all im.hoping is somehow we can put a run of victories together

Yep. Good performance over all considering the difference in quality between the sides.

We need to develop some street smarts. Every single week City get away with tactical foul after tactical foul. Must be facking hundreds of them over a season. And fair play to them - if you can get away with it, then you’re almost obliged to do it.

We need to get the midfielders and forwards watching videos of Rodri and Bernardo. They’re absolute masters of it. Five or so between them today.
