This is the league table this time 10 years ago. Is there really that much of a difference?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Compare that to the league table this time last year. And the year before. And the year before. Fairly big difference.
But I digress. This is a really strong Premier League, oozing with quality and the level over the last few years has been too notch 👍
----------------------------------------------------------------------
So teams having more points this time last year, year before etc is a sign the league was stronger, how?
Surely teams this season taking points off one another, the gap between 5th and 17th being only 15 points suggests the teams in mid table and lower down are stronger.
Were United stronger this time last season, the season before etc? No, they were just as shiite.

One of he reasons the league looks (weak) as people have stated, is that there are now 6-8 top quality sides now whereby there were the top four not that long ago....and inevitably points will be lost in these top 8 games
-------
Don't bring your excellent logic and common sense here.
The league is weak and anyone that says otherwise is a Liverpool fan that takes it as a slight towards their team.
Oh wait!

You are laughing at the fact you need an extension of European footy to 5th place in the league to have a bit of a chance to play CL or EL even?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
“An extension of European footy to 5th place” 🤣
You’re either as dense as your clogs or seething over your predicament, that it’s puddling your brain 5th is a “European footy” spot you dimlow! 🤣🤣
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I know, you mentioned European football, nimrodhow facking dumb are you
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Now you’re talking double Dutch, did I touch a nerve? As you’ve totally lost it here son, I mentioned the fact as it stands City won’t be playing European Football for two years and for some reason you said “ fact you need an extension of European footy to 5th place in the league“ when clearly it’s automatic qualification for playing European Footy, so what is this extension you talk about? You dumb Klooootzak! 😜
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Thick cuuuuuuuuuuuuuunt
----------------------------------------------------------------------
🤣🤣 is that the best you can do kuttekop, so you’ve got no answer on the extension to 5th place you mentioned?
It looks very much like you’ve gone into meltdown mode over your possible European ban and all you want to do is lash out at Utd. 🤣🤣
You talk about European football, United fans celebrating 5th gives en CL footy. I merely replied to your retaard comment about European football. CL is European football. And you're not even in the Europa spots at the moment. who's dense?
I'd like to know what criteria is used to determine whether a given league is "weak" or "strong"
I see the term bandied about, usually by people with an axe to grind, but they never qualify their opinion.

I'd presume it's a case of the entire world is muck cos Utd are muck. Simple as a psychological need to deny just how bad they are. It's far easier to imagine it's football's fault.
Theres a really simple table called the UEFA country coefficient.
It tells me Spain are still no 1 and England are no 2. Then Germany in a distant 3rd and then italy.
The reason why Germany and Italy are so far behind is simple. One club countries in European terms.
Spain are strong as they have 3 strong teams who go to later stages of comps and back up in Europa.
England have multiple teams in the later stages and last year all 4 finalists .
Really simple.
Liverpool are the best team this season in a strong league where everyone is competitive largely with each other. There's a huge amount of points in our pocket but everyone else are all in reach of each other cos thry have have something about them

This gets better, where have I celebrated getting 5th for A CL spot?
All i’ve said is at present we stand a better chance than City of playing European football the next two seasons, for some reason you seem to be struggling with that you Mierenneuker! 🤣🤣
