Its a tough gig tbf,we have improved but still no silverware is a problem,I`m willing to have him for another year and see how we go.

His contract is until 2024 so he’ll be around for a wee while 😀

He`s a rookie manager in a huge first job,cut the guy some slack.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not up to Celtic fans to cut him some slack tbf. As long as he’s your manager, he’s fair game.

He seems to be getting as much stick from his own fans just now.

i don't really know what i was agreeing with tbh, i just saw lauders asking if people honestly believe something and had to he awkward by default.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I knew that
Fs CT
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You asked was he different from others ?

I think he is , a bit too open at times and transparent at others

Just learning his trade and it shows
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I meant I knew jfk was at it.

For what it's worth I disagree. Don't think he says anything that is as sensational as people make out.

It's not sensational but it opens him up to criticism.. as I highlighted with the OP

The SG effect is having its impact on Rangers. His latest comments follow in a long list of contradictory ramblings that he has made. The guy is out of his depth.

What's the general concensus about Gerrard from Rangers fans, not so much on here just generally?

posted on 16/2/20

His position means that most of what he says will be put up for scrutiny, and when things aren’t going well then it’ll be held against him.

Look at Deila. Even when he was winning, he was still getting it tight from pundits and a lot of our own fans.

I'm no even sure where I am with him.
I think he's improved players and that's often forgotten. Ryan Jack was never the player he is now. Hated him in our team.
Would love another first choice winger, could make all the difference potentially, now we have a number 10.

In the end of the day rogic, Christie or ntcham would play as our number 10.
You have a choice of 3 where we have none (maybe hagi)

I think he might have done better than he's been given credit for. That said...Fvckin change it and stop playing players out of position.

So aye I'm no sure

Mentioned that to Miller, elite, silver and ginger last night.
Potentially contributed to the semi final penalties result.

He is trying to get the team to play the right way. It is indicative of Scottish football that you have utter cluggers deciding that you can't.

He still gets my vote.

How long does Gerrard get from the rangers fans. Does no trophy this season finish him or will he get another year.

posted on 16/2/20

I imagine he will be getting paid a fair wedge so letting him go would be expensive?

That said I believe Rangers are better now than prior to him but I've nae idea what the Rangers board think <ok'>

Well given that you have the ability to spend wanton millions on duds like Klimalala and Boli - then it's a hard league to win.

He is trying to impart the right way to play football but as usual, it's upto the players to carry it out.

I think if he leaves it would hand Celtic the 10; new manager, players etc.

posted on 16/2/20

"duds like kimila" he's been here for 5mins ffs unless you watched him previously?

I've no comeback on Boli however

Maybe it something to do with the way the current players have performed since the break.

If he stays then yes I believe he will stop it, just as long as we stay away from effin Dubai!
