I had three tickets and I’m not there tonight. I’m still loyal to the club and disappointed I’m not there, same as most people that aren’t.

Fair enough but the enough of empty seats and it was rescheduled what a week ago surely after turn out was expected. Especially after what just happened to the club. I was expecting full house with two fingers stuck up at uefa.

You’ll get the Uefa backlash in the Madrid game. I’ve got tickets to that too, I was looking forward to it as I think it’ll be a great game. Might be just as interesting off the pitch now though!

I'm an old school City Fan but me and my mate like to go to watch Stockport County a lot and we've been to many games this season both home and away. Why? He unfortunately suffered an acquired brain injury and with my support and others we love taking him to games to watch his team. After matches I even read him some of the BS posted on here. I still support City but yeah I'm sure Stockport County will be getting back a lot of their fans these days. JOG ON 🔔 END

If you go to Google maps and search "empty seats" it directs you to the Etihad.

The question has to be asked; how many of the "old gaurd" match going fans were forced out of going to games due to costs and this stuff and could they ever have filled that commonwealth games stadium.

In any event, I've nothing but respect for any match going fans even though some sing some very nasty stuff.

Those influencers sure do have their work cut it.

Can you get a more plastic club than that? Hiring influencers to get more fans in the ground, their hierarchy conducting not one but two scripted interviews feigning innocence, having to pump money in to make them relevant despite winning silverware, and backed by money that is the actual base material plastic is made out of.

One thing for sure they cant be pointing to gate receipts for their "vast clean" revenue

They can because most of the seats still sold. The majority last night were season ticket holders.

My tickets were over 100 quid for the three that weren’t used, I know a few supporters clubs that couldn’t get across either.
