Fury vs Wilder 2

I think it's a big ask for Fury to go another 12 rounds without getting clobbered again. He probably should have been given the win in the first fight and that was despite getting knocked down twice. So for him to do it again is a tall order as he's unlikely to end the fight early himself. I reckon Wilder wins it but I'd like to see Fury do it.

A bore fest if you ask me, both are palookers and I won't bother to stay awake for it !

It will be decided by the officials ..............
if you know what I mean !

Really hope fury’s head gets knocked clean off and that’s the last we hear of him.

Wouldn't call Fury a Palooka tbh. He shed that tag for me when he outclassed Klitschko to the point that his own judges had no choice but to make the correct decision.

Definite case for Wilder, but not Fury. Imo.

First punch was illegal and shouldn't have counted and the second was a lack of concentration, he bent down and that's where he got caught with that left hand. I can't see that happening again, he's too slick for that in my opinion.

Fury 'beat' Wilder more comprehensively in America than Klitschko in Germany (where the latter was renowned for being a judges' favourite).

The judge that scored Fury vs WIlder I as 115-111 Wilder needs lynching.

I would love Tyson to win, but do fear the fact that Wilder is threatening to weigh-in maybe at 245lbs (heaviest he's ever been is 229). For sure, makes him slower and may gas more towards the end, but will he be even more powerful? Could all just be lip service, however.

Meanwhile Fury is due to come in 14lbs heavier, which again is interesting as Fury has always had (or seemed to have) very little punching power for such a big man. I definitely think Wilder's chin can be got at (rocked a couple times vs Ortiz and Fury for comparatively tamer punches), but even at a stone heavier, I don't think Fury will have the power to floor him (hope I'm wrong).

Wilder KO or Fury points; neither would surprise me. Either fighter by the other, though, would be a great shock. Can't wait!!!!!!!

Totally agree. I think the added weight will give Fury and edge without taking too much away from his footwork. He needs to do what he didn't do in the last fight, which was make him miss (which he did all night apart from 2 shots, 1 illegal and the other right on the kisser) and then make him pay. Its the pay part which interests me. Has Sugar hill made him better? We'll see, I think it will be a good watch that's for sure.

Talk of Fury knocking him out should be laughed off. He couldn't knock my Gran out.

He will win the fight if scored fairly because his movement is top class, if only he could punch he would have it all.

If he couldn't even knock your gran out how about you jump in the ring with him?
I would love to see that

I think Fury has a great chance.

He's been back from his hiatus a lot longer this time and has put on a bit of weight to add punching power.

If Fury does do it it'll no doubt be on points and the fact Wilder gave him his best shots and still didn't stop him may be on his mind (although he is very confident).

Should be a great fight and I just hope there is not a hint of corruption which is today's fight game is unlikely unfortunately.

If wilder comes in as heavy as he says, he won't land on Fury.

or if he does come in heavier and does catch fury, then there is less chance of fury getting up

I think this is what makes this fight so interesting. We have one guy who all can agree is a poor boxer but has the ultimate equaliser. Then we have the other guy who is probably the best heavy weight for 15 years or so.

So many variables which is why I feel this will be a great fight. I still think Fury on points, but a TKO by Wilder would not surprise me.

If fury performs the same as the last bout and wilder is even a millisecond slower he isn't catching fury, that's not up for debate. Wilder is quick for a HW but he's light too.

If wilder can pack on a stone and be the same speed, I'd like some of what he's taking.

Fair comments Busby and as you say he had a hard of enough time catching him in the last fight anyway.

The only thing beating fury is himself imo. Loss of concentration, show boating could well cost him.

But its hard to keep that level up for 12 rounds and we know wilder will punish mistakes.

Im really looking forward to it. Praying fury wins because him vs Joshua is the fight to make. I don't think AJ is able to avoid a Wilder KO personally, he's too rigid.

Yeah should be a great fight.

I don't know whether you agree but the better the opponent the better Fury performs imo. That's why he always looks like shiiiiiiit against no-marks.

The cut is a worry too.

No idea how to call it.
