Still amazes me to this day that people thought bringing José in was the right move. “Winning mentality”, apparently.
Like you say he’s a dinosaur. Football has passed him by. This isn’t 2003-2013.

Said it yesterday..... Don't think Jose or Kane with be at Spurs next season. Jose is wrong man for the club and everything it "used to stand for". If there was ever a case where a club cant match a players ambition.. then it applies to Kane. He's done everything he could Spurs and the club is destroying his career. Deserves to look after himself... Hope he leaves and rips it up for RM or whoever... will always have my support

If you want a wider range of feedback from other fans, just have a look back on our board as there were plenty of the exact same article posted. Some of the exact same sentences being written by your fans at the moment. It’s amazing just how much he refuses to change.

Yea, I can't believe people on this site wanted him. In real life I don't a football fan (spurs or otherwise) who thought this was a good appointment.
He is going to destroy this club all for the prospect of winning a carling cup
I see Sandy has done his usual and hidden away now that he’s being proven completely wrong. He’ll turn up once Spurs win a game proclaiming you guys as title contenders next year
I said it on the other thread hes w washed up dinosaur. His football is archaic and he has refused to adapt to the modern game.
I dont know why Levy thought he was the right option after Poch who I though done a very good job at Spurs.
Yes it was probably the right time for him to go but Jose?
My only assumption is Levy thought the Mourinho factor would be enough to get you over the line for a CL spot (that may yet still happen as 5th could be an option).
Im fairly sure the likes of Kane will look at the situation in the summer if no CL is attained and would you trust Jose with a rebuild?
I would be stunned if he is still in the job this time next season and the rebuild cycle will start agin. However it is getting harder and harder to achieve CL as you for starters have the top 6 and now sides like Leicester, Wolves and even Everton threatening to gatecrash the party.
It is a bit of a crossroads for Spurs, if they stop being a CL regular their main stars will leave and it could be long road back.
Just my opinion mind.

I think quite a few like me were not convinced he was the right appointment but prepared to give him a chance.
3 things strike me.
1/ The 2nd half performance was beyond bad, we were completely out played/fought by a team 6 points adrift in the Prem who have much bigger fish to fry than a cup run.
2/ I'm glad we have 40 points because I don't know where the next win is coming from. 3/4 less and we'd be looking over our shoulder.
3/ Fair play to our fans (and Norwich), 58k+ to watch the dross we are serving up is a great turn out and deserved alot better.

Trying my hardest not to say those words
It is up to Mourinho to find a way with the players at his disposal, injuries or no injuries, he is failing spectacularly. He has not improved us one iota, in fact we are slowly getting worse.
Putting aside the issues I have with the football on an ideological level, it doesn't even faaackin work when we play this way. We look better than we try and play a bit

Its all so odd.
After inviting Norwich to score for the whole 2nd half Vorm gave them their deserved goal and suddenly (helped by the subs) we took control of the game and nearly won it.
I stupidly fought we would continue this domination throughout extra time but once it started we dropped off again and apart from the inevitable last 5 mins flourish it was pretty even.
Of course undiscovered tribes knew who would win the pen shoot out!
