It's your choice. Too many blaming the government when they can do things for themselves.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Like avoid mass gatherings.
I’m going to work today, but am aiming to work from home next week.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not everybody can work from home mate. How do you clean office toilets, dig holes in the road, rewire houses, sort out the water supplies, treat patients in hospitals, build houses, drive taxis etc. Most jobs are absolutely impossible to do from home. Only Office workers can do that. All manual workers would still have to go in.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not if they’re sick. People need to act responsibly.

Easy to say if you get paid for being off sick. Nothing has been confirmed for us yet. Going off for 7 days because I sneezed may mean I can pay the mortgage.
Can’t pay the mortgage. Bloody iPhone.
you make your own mind up about these issues, or i do, dont need to wait for someone else to tell you what to do

I 'work' from home. Have done for years now.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Very easy to sit on your high horse when you have 'word' from home for many years. Many people are not able to do that and it would take government measures for them to be able to avoid public spaces.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Me to , our work have said we don't have to come in if we don't want to. I work in West Sussex , just found out missus is pregnant so will say fack travel for a while.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I also work in West Sussex, but work on a manufacturing site which is part of critical medical supply. In my role I can work from home at some points (providing the company allow it), but have to be on site at others or the place would grind to a halt.

Are we the only country in the world who is being told, carry on as normal and try not to die?

That's not true.
We need to wash our hands a bit more.
By the time the PL restarts, Spurs should have most of there injured players back.
