Yes the defending was atrocious by all, but you can see clearly from the video Winks etc trying. They are defending terribly, but they are trying. Ndombele is striking mate. Sorry, but nothing you can say can excuse this from ndombele, it’s absolute disgraceful and even worse that we spent 60 million on him when he strolls around like that.

It does, but Paulinho didn’t come with a reputation that ndombele had. We were supposedly getting one of the most exciting midfielders in Europe and a monster of a player. Looks like we have signed Snow White more like.

i'd have to see more clips. number 8 and 15 were just as bad or worse on that play. i wouldn't make a judgement just on that but i'm sure you have seen a lot more than me to be so against this player.

Which seems very unlikely given his form. There’s been a perfect storm that had led to this form also, but he’s obviously very talented. Spurs don’t spend that sort of money on a player and then just fack them off after a season.
What I saw of NBumbeley he's pretty good player. Never lost the ball in one game - and oh yes, he did have the ball plenty of times.
I think he is still in the French national squad, which means Deschamps still rates him. Only 23.
He is one of the more expensive players in that squad, behind Kante, Varane and Greizmann.
So I'd stick with him another season .......whenever THAT wil be!
Selling him would be lunacy. Under a manager with even the remotest hint of a personal touch and he could become one of the world's best.
Yet another reason to add to the list of why Mourinho was a stinker of an appointment.
Fred under Jose looked like 50m spaffed up the wall.
Fred under Ole and his coaching team looks a totally different player.
Maybe Jose isn't the right guy for Tanguy
If we can get him fit and playing the way he is capable of, alongside Lo Celso with Sissoko protecting in the middle, that would indeed be some midfield.
I don’t think it’s just a Mourinho thing, in fairness. Fred barely looked a footballer last season, he’s obviously now settled with his surroundings, teammates and the league. Ndombele will potentially be the same next year, Mourinho or no Mourinho.
If we sell him and get Willian I'm joining a netball team fml
