It is mate. I looked at the numbers last night. From memory 2015 was the worst .
‘ I'm taking this very seriously but I want more clarity on how people are being impacted by this virus.
The death figures being released are meaningless as they are being presented ....people dying 'with corona virus' and people who died after being tested positive.’
Pointing this out and asking the question just makes you pedantic, apparently.
People thinking Celtic and Liverpool won their leagues.

Seeing similar in Dublin TBAB but vast majority are following the lockdown.
Hope you're keeping well mate.

All good here, chum and hope you and yours are ok.
The clowns in Temple Bar singing, "Touching hands" 2 weeks back was a catalyst for Leo closing pubs down and tightening up, wasn't it?
Have to have a pint in McDaids or O'Dwyers when we beat this, as I said to Irishred too.
You're buying.♥️
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah that was it mate it went from we should close to the pubs, to their closed, to lockdown in two weeks.
Well up for a few pints when this is over!

This was used in S Korea and Singapore, but obviously controvercial in the west.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
They did this in Taiwan (tracking by phone, call up, phone to make sure your by your phone, can't be switched off).
South Korea are using apps (people download the app which tracks them, amongst other things related to Covid-19) but aren't as heavy handed like Taiwan.

yawn
my hair is currently ok
however, it goes from ok to I should have got this cut last week overnight.
some amount of cvnts going to look like they did in the 90's when they were oasis fans.
See this haircut thing. It's been a week. A week.
Let it grow, no one is going to see it anyway and then when you are allowed out go to a barbers or hairdressers and get it cut properly and styled if you want.
That way you don't fvck up your own hair and you can quickly help a local business get cashflow moving again as they will desperately need it also

That's your wife you're thinking about mate.
The figures are totally meaningless and will continue to be until we have nationally wide available testing.
If you just read some of the stats yesterday you'd read 2,000 odd new cases and 200 deaths. Some would translate that to 10% mortality (and yes some people are really that thick)
We won't have much of an idea until the end of this 3 week period.
Only after this period and maybe the following 3 weeks will we know if we were (understandably) too strict, about right or not strict enough.

We don't even have a clue if our death rate has even increased. Of course we have the spike (worse to come) in ICU and hospital admissions but it won't be until 6-12 months time before we see the additional impact of this virus.
