I never mentioned any title saan.
Knew I'd catch at least one fish there.
Liverpool are multiple trophy winning Champs so nothing wrong with what I said.
So it looks, maybe, that there might be games yet this season, and we may - eventually - be crowned champions of the PL. Probably games played behind closed doors. That’s life as we know it, a life we may have to get used to for some time.
In the grand scheme of things, PL winners ain’t that important any more. Even if it was, the nano-second after having even declared winners, the fight is on for the next season.
If we do win it, and I think we deserve it, no more, it will be a time for celebration, but a celebration in our country devastated by this deadly disease.
Will I celebrate? Of course, but again in the same grand scheme of things, with fellow Reds of my age and, sadly far younger having succumbed to this plague, it’s them I will be thinking about. Many of them, like me, have been waiting three decades to see us back home.
For Reds who aren’t with us any more, that’s sad.
