Died after mainlining domestos into his veins in an effort to cure Coronavirus. Large traces of malaria drugs also found in his system along with evidence he’d been snorting Ajax powder. Forensic evidence also showed m60, ak47 and .50 cal bullets holes all over his house which appeared to be an effort to shoot the virus. A very large stockpile of recently bought guns were found, but no food or basic amenities.
Mexicans and Chinese nearby breathed a sigh of relief, and fellow trump supporters will not receive this sad news until the pop up book version of events is released.

To be fair, he didn't actually say that. I read the report after disbelief at the headline. What he said was irresponsible but lets not kid ourselves that he advised people to use disinfectants.
