Fantastic prospect. So naturally gifted at finishing he actually reminds me of Robbie Fowler when he broke through. Seems to find the corner regularly in the same way Fowler did.

Love how two footed he is, must be such an advantage and such a nightmare for defenders knowing that he really could turn onto either foot and have the same productivity

I've a feel he will always be an impact player, which isn't a bad thing, so many of the greats are just that.

He has an ability to get his shots off from all positions and usually work the keeper. Reminds me a lot of RVP.

This kid is ridiculous, he purposefully shoots through the legs of defenders from 20 yards out and ends up sticking it in a corner.

Imagine having Martial, Rashford, Greenwood and then adding Sancho to the fire power.

Ole is so close to having an amazing team if we can make the next transfer window, an excellent one.

Superb finisher and has made a great start. Can’t help but think he needs a bit more to his game, but that may well come the more we see him. Should have a big future.

I think Ole has introduced the youngsters at the right time in the right games, it's one of his strengths. Along with buying the right people.

Robb, are you still confident he'll be gone by summer?

Best thing is that I think there’s still a lot more to come from him in terms of his all round game. Once he fills out a bit and gets a bit more confident playing against fully grown men, I think we’ll see more of his ability to beat man.

I don’t get the question?

I was only thinking yesterday about sticking a couple of hundred quid on him becoming the PL top scorer. Payout probably would be worth anyhring in 18 years time though.

There’s a pandemic happening now. I don’t think anything will happen for a long time with many things.

Well you had a bet that Ole would be gone by summer. Bearing in mind the current situation we could make it Christmas if you prefer..
Or, as I'm à gent, we can cancel it if you want.
Although I think you should admit Ole's position is a little more secure than you thought it would be.

Because there’s a pandemic 😂

If it’s secure it’s because no one in football is being sacked. If the season starts up again then we’ll just have to see what happens

What do you think will happen?

posted on 26/4/20

The pandemic has certainly secured Ole another season.

posted on 26/4/20

No, the results, football and progress did that

Yeah sure.

His finishing is outrageous.

Imagine combining that with Rashford's overall play.

Has it? Assuming the season is finished, then the club would likely still replace him at the end of the season if that is their intention. But I don't think that it is their intention. I think Ole has their backing.

better than rashford and welbeck (relative to his current age/stage of career) - but then that really is not going to be good enough.

Heard it/seen it all before

Given the disruption to the season, the club won’t replace Ole. It’d be a pr disaster.

That weren't going to ever I don't think. The stance from the club has been that this rebuild would take some time and patience. Seems bizarre to me that anyone would think that he was definitely going to be replaced given the recent upturn and the fact we have a great chance for CL qualification.

I don’t think he was definitely going to be replaced. I’m saying he definitely won’t be now because of the pandemic.
