Some sort of tv season ticket might work but football without fans really aint worth watching.
How about you are connected to a speaker that's on your normal seat in the stadium and you have your own cardboard cut out on the seat and you can shout encouragement (abuse) through your speaker and so can others.
The money we get from sky is a pittance and wont sustain either of the old firm so what do we do?
------------------------------------------------------------------
It might be a pittance but next season's is 43% higher per year than we've been receiving hence the urgency to be ready to start it and not put that at risk.
Unfortunately still not enough.
Only way we survive is with fans back in the ground. So the Scottish government have a big decision to make soon.

So let's just chuck the game completely right now and don't give it a chance?
The longer it goes the more clubs will fall but sure as fook if we don't start the league then there'll be no TV money as well so go figure.
60% of current players are being estimated to be out of work in the summer. It will not be the big clubs but this is going to hit hard. Once players see no more bodies coming in a) they'll be glad they might get a game despite maybe being scheidt b) they may be so grateful they'l accept wage cuts going forward?
Who knows.
Thats where the governement needs to step in. Are they really going to want to be responsible for the death of Scottish football.
They will never get into power again.

Absolutely, the government should definitely be subsidizing the wages of elite footballers. I mean Doctors, nurses etc, well who really needs them.
Perhaps one of your more puerile posts among a litany of puerility

And make a decision. Let the fans back in
This season is fvked.
Next season isn't.
We should look at a late autumn KO on to June & no shutdown imo.
But do you think fans will be allowed in?
All the talk is no mass gatherings till a vaccine.
All the talk?
Who is saying fans can’t attend games until there’s a vaccine?
20 odd thousand die from flu every year and there’s a vaccine for that but I don’t see gatherings being banned because of that.
When do you think fans will be able to attend games Ginger? Personally I cant see it this year.
Flu isn’t as contagious, fortunately.

The Scottish government have made it quite clear we wont see mass gatherings until a vaccine is ready to avoid a second wave. Social distancing will be here till a vaccine is out.

Has that been scientifically established yet? I’m not sure it has.
Ginger, I can't remember the source but have read similar reports that the transfer rate for Covid is higher than the Flu.
Other than what I read and not sure it is 100% agreed among all agancies I did see a few reports on the levels of how contagious the respective diseases are
Who knows absolutely atm though?
So the 14-15 flu season which was bad they attributed 26,000 deaths. Corona is about 21k hospital and they think about half that again in care homes in a much shorter space of time and with lockdown so I think we can assume it is more contagious?

It would seem to be more contagious.
Comparing it to the flu is kind of pointless. It'd be one thing if it replaced the flu completely - then you could have a like-for-like and decide which was worse - but you have C-19 deaths *as well as* the flu deaths annually.
Flu passes on to about 1.25 people this corona passes on to about 4 people due to it spreading through coughs.

The Ligue 1 and Ligue 2 seasons will not resume after France banned all sporting events, including behind closed doors, until September.
There has to be a genuine fear for our game if this becomes the normal.

People with the flu are most likely in among the Covid victims so that would be double counting.

What do you do then?
2020 deaths - 2019 flu deaths = Coronavirus deaths?
