The Prestige.
Really loved it but, after watching again recently for the first time in ages I realised... I never need to see that film again.

Hara-Kiri (2011) probably up there too.
The Last King of Scotland. Really good film, but there are a couple of moments in it that I don't want to see again.

Blair Witch was original if nothing else. Loads of hype around it at the time.
I still think its decent. On a shoestring budget too.
