speaking of rust, that ball from gabriel was a stinker

They bowled a lot of rubbish yesterday, we need to take advantage, 207 runs is not great
Can't believe some of the chit people have been saying about Sibley. Ie how slow he scores runs etc.
England need a player who can play the boring innings, its them type of innings that help the team get big runs.
If he scored 20 runs in 35-45 ball people would still winge.
You've seen how slow the outfield is though. Swinging too and some variable bounce in the damp yesterday.
Fine margins - a more aggressive approach and we might have lost 6 or 7 wickets and only scored 50 more
How wide does it have to be for the umpire to call it FFS?
That last ball was half-way across the East Lancs Road.

Absolutely. People complain if it's too fast, they complain if it's too slow. Bottom line is people are never happy. Sibley's playing his natural game, and a fine job he's doing too

Yes he is, but at some stage we need to up the run rate, we have to win this which means bowling them out twice, another 207 today will leave us 3 days to bowl them out twice
We're only one wicket away from our middle order dashers. Sibley's doing exactly the right thing gluing the innings together and setting the stage for the dashers to do their thing.
You won't convince me he's scoring too slowly here.
Joseph's speeds just cranking up now, beaten the edge a few times
why did Thorpe sound like a South Afrian just then
Dunno mate. He's from just down the road from me
Ah its aussie and he worked there for a bit. Might be that
Stokes missing out on a full toss this time. Need to start putting the bad balls away a bit more to avoid inviting pressure

Agree said many times
And it's Holder vs Stokes...
Think Stokes averages about 5 against Holder's bowling
Bothers me he bowls with his jumper still on
Ahhhhh, lovely shot. Stokes through midwicket
Almost as worthy as Stokes through mid-on
How the fack is it raining all day in Manchester tomorrow? 25C+ and sunny forecast down south.
