Still can’t believe Stokes is vice captain. Vital with the bat and more often than not vital with the ball. Does he need the distraction. Looks like he’s going the same way as Botham and Pietersen captaincy wise

On paper it seemed like a big call to say it'll be worse batting 4th than 1st - it'll have to deteriorate a lot for that to happen. But we'll see.

i usually like tall people as well.

i guess Holder has joined Amanda on the list of exemptions

Was my original thoughts at the time. But it does look like he possibly made the wrong call at the toss, let’s see how he goes the rest of the test.

Yeah, Broad would be near the bottom of the list for me

Buttler is VC now, but probably shouldn't be in the team at all. My personal pick would be Burns but he's not established enough yet.
