Nzl have best bowlers and India have best batsmen. England have dominated odi cricket for the last 3-4 years yet they are a bit vulnerable when playing under bowling friendly conditions.

England are clearly the best ODI team of the last few years and Root has been brilliant in that format, overshadowed by his decline in Test cricket.

England's straight has always been the openers. They really hurt teams by scoring 8-9 runs an over. No other team can match this.

But trend for the last decade has been flat dead batting tracks. They will struggle under bowling friendly conditions.

They have been dominant in this format and set up new benchmarks for other odi cricketing nations. Still problem with them is when conditions are favouring the bowlers.

Roy - gets England off to a flyer in 80% of ODIs and sets ton for the innings

Root - has a great ODI record and can be a good anchor with better players around him

Stokes - best all rounder in the world

Buttler - great finish no real arguments for this one

Root is a better ODI batsman than Williamson in my opinion. Wouldnt have any England bowlers for sure.
