Said this from the start, the simplest way to do it.
These games are going to be all over the place, very hard to predict. Some strange results I suspect
Wolves will play their second leg against Olympiakos on August 5th or 6th. Might be at Molineux, might brin Germany where the rest of the competition will be played out in August. Quarter finals and semis will be one off games not two legs
I can see trouble brewing here, Olympiacos will kick off and not want to travel in to the UK citing infection rates. Wolves will want fair play and a second leg match played at their home under the same conditions as Olympiacos had in their home leg.

Come on, you've had three months to develop a Covid algorithm for your predictometer machine.
Now been announced that the quarter finals will be on the 10th and 12th August at Duisberg, Cologne, Gelsenkirchen and Dusseldorf. Semis will be on August 16/17 venue tbc. Final on August 21 in Cologne.
GdaĆsk will now host the 2021 final followed by Seville 22 and Budapest 23.
I had thought they would do without the preliminary rounds for next year but none of it. They are on August 20 and 27 so it will be another hectic calendar for Wolves if they keep going in this years competition and qualify for next year
Getting ready with my libation and grub, eagerly awaiting the first live match. It'll be interesting to see how Hause is getting on at Villa.
Sheffield Utd robbed of a goal as the ball crossed the goal line but the technology that’s supposed to tell the ref didn’t work
Half time and I've only spotted 2 comments on Twitter saying the atmosphere at villa park has improved. Poor show.
Grealish looks even more stupid than he did before. God how I hate that effected
That having been said, if he sticks one in the net in the 93rd minute I might start following him on instagram

And underlines again what a waste of time & money VAR is. Regardless of the goal line tech it was clearly suspect on replays.

Wasn't the most exciting game was it?
So what do we think of the piped crowd noise then?

Nowhere near as good as streaming the game and Chatting shot on the wonderful match threads
*and the preview thread (too a lesser degree)
Man City played well last night, though to be fair Arsenal were poor and looked under prepared. I can understand players that have played for years at the top level in front of huge crowds and on big occasions finding it strange having to adjust to empty an empty stadium but at the same time you would think that they would be professional enough to adapt. It was odd too that apparently they didnt jump on the plane to Manchester until 5 in the afternoon. As I say the players should have been adept enough to put all that aside and put in a professional performance for what was an important league fixture.
This is where I think Wolves will benefit, I have complete faith in our backroom staff to prepare our lads properly for the trip to West Ham, the way we coped with the fixture pile up earlier in the season showed that preparation and doing the right things can get you through. This is a different situation but Im confident we'll be ok.
Thought the crowd noise was better than not having it, however you does lose a bit of the excitement.
Timings of 3 more games now confirmed.
Arsenal at home is July 4th at 17:30 on sky
Sheff Utd away is July 8th at 18:00 on sky
Everton at home is July 12th at 12:00 and will be free to view on Sky pick
The piped crowd noise made it a bit like watching my lads video games. Couldn't decide which I preferred kept flicking between the two.
Proper crowd noise would have featured a chorus of f*** VAR after the Blades goal wasn’t given

hahaha yes that's very true.
Nuno's presser - everybody fit and a full squad to choose from. Including MGW who has learnt his lesson and is available for selection.
Good to have Jonny back, cant even remember who we were playing when he picked up his injury but looked a nasty one and a rare upside of this situation is that he's not missed quite as many games as he might.
